This numbing  cream can be use to numb unbroken skin  for PMU procedure or even body tattoos. Apply a small amount on the working area and seal the area with plastic wrap for 15-20 minutes before starting the procedure . The skin will numb 2-3 hours. Side effect might be redness around  the area and some working area will turn white which  is normal .
