The Need to Knows...

What is 3D Microblading / Ombre Brows?

This is a semi-permanent tattoo lasting anywhere from 1-3 years (depending on the degree to which the client's skin retains the pigment). This technique is designed for those who want to enhance their eyebrows with natural-looking hair-like strokes, regardless of the present hair on brows.

How is this done?

This technique is done by a hand method tool with multiple micro needles. The final result does not last as long as traditional methods. Pigments during micro stoking are no implanted as deeply into the skin as a traditional stencil brows tattoo, or even micropigmentation with an electric permanent make up device.

How often is it needed?

A color boost is required usually between 18-24 months after final completion from the two sessions. A touch-up may be required after 12 months or sooner for oil-skinned clients, those who tan often, or often expose brow area to certain chemicals (facial peels, chlroine, anti-aging products, etc.) Pigment retention varies depending on skin type, age, aftercare, immune system, medications, certain chemicals, and type of pigment used.
